Deliveries and returns


Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process and depend on the destination.

Orders are shipped depending on the shipping method you have selected.

It takes one working day (occasionally a little longer) for us to prepare your order in our storage. almacén. We are a family run, small business and we prepare the whole shipping process by hand (and with a lot of love).

The delivery time depends on the destination country and its postal system.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are to be borne by the customer, unless it is a defective or wrong product.

In the case of faulty or wrong products, please send us an email and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. And a thousand apologies first and foremost! 

Returns must be made within 14 days (provided the product is in perfect condition, unwashed and with the label and packaging intact).


To change an item (size and/or colour and/or model) please check that we have it available in the online shop and send us an email with your order number and the changes you want to make.

We will send the ordered products using the same shipping method you selected in your order.


To return a garment please email us to let us know and send the garment to our address indicating your order number.

Once we have received and checked it, we will refund the money on the card you used for the purchase.

The cost of postage will not be refunded.

All our prices are in Euro and include VAT for sales within the European Community.

The only extra charge that will be applied is the shipping costs.

For orders outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra and others, all fees and associated taxes shall be borne by the purchaser in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

For this consignment, the declared value for customs purposes shall be taken to be the amount of the invoice in euros.

The amount of customs duties varies from country to country and must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment.


why isn’t the shipping free in Gotiteta ? Free shipping does not exist ! It can be paid for by the company and thus offered to the customers, but it is paid for by a part. Big companies can live like this, but in case of small businesses it is becoming difficult to survive with these practices - or we have to include these costs in the price of the products, so that the shipping seems free.... In Gotiteta we prefer to be transparent with the prices, and to distinguish the price of the garments and the shipping. Finally, for the same reasons returns are paid for. Moreover, "free" returns - which are not really free once again - also have a horrible footprint on the environment, the environmental cost is highly significant for our ecological system.
